Return / Refund Policy

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
EXCEPT IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING,
            THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON TICKET SALES.


1. Canceled Events.  When an event is cancelled, the ticket purchaser will receive a refund equal to the face value of the ticket.

2. Rescheduled Events.  When an event is rescheduled, the ticket purchaser has five (5) days from the announcement of the rescheduling to request a refund of the face value of the ticket by forwarding the original e-mail receipt to:  sales@cskstore.com.

3. Replacement Tickets.  Under no circumstances will a replacement ticket be issued for any ticket that has been damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed.

    
NOTICE REGARDING VENUE REQUIREMENTS:
Each venue has its own requirements for admission into the premises and participation in events, and may have additional event-specific requirements, including, but not limited to, minimum age requirements and/or dress codes.  By purchasing your ticket(s), you agree to comply with any and all requirements set forth by the venue for the specific event.  You further agree to hold CANADA.SK Entertainment Inc. harmless from any damages caused by a denial of entry or removal from an event due to your (or any of your guests’) failure to comply with the venue’s admission or other attendance requirements.


TICKET POLICY (For third-party events):
EACH EVENT ORGANIZER MAINTAINS ITS OWN POLICIES REGARDING CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES. PLEASE BE SURE TO REVIEW ANY SUCH POLICIES BEFORE PURCHASING A TICKET TO ANY EVENT. CANADA.SK ENTERTAINMENT INC. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DISPUTES WITH EVENT ORGANIZERS/SPONSORS REGARDING TICKETING MATTERS.
